Mike and I can't begin to thank you, Joe, Eva and the whole Embassy Team for such a phenomenal evening. From the beginning of our dealings with Joe we were confident that everything would exceed our expectations - and it did.
To begin with the food was exquisite, a special thank you to Mike for his mastery in the Kitchen. Our family and friends are still raving and complementing the food. From the food stations - to the risotto - to the desserts everything was delicious and flawless.
Also please thank Eva for her extraordinary service and attention to detail. No request put forth to her went unfilled. Her staff was courteous, professional and catered to all our guests needs...I am truly appreciative of this.
Michael and I had a memorable and perfect wedding which was large in part thanks to the Embassy team. I will send a formal thank you card in the weeks to come and also call Joe personally to thank him. But in the interim please pass along our many thanks and appreciation to the whole team.

Our family has been coming to West River Event Centre for the last 4 - 5 years....and we've also had a couple of family events at the Terrace Banquet Centre (50th wedding anniversary).
We highly recommend your banquet facilities to many of our friends and their friends and our extended family and will continue to do so. My father-in-law's 80th birthday party was great!
The food and service were excellent....Your staff were always attentive to our needs/requests; the re-folding of your napkins (once you left the table and placed your napkin on your chair) nice added touch; My thanks goes out to your staff for a job well done! ....Romina; Jolen E; Myra; Erwin; Marianna; Jessica.

I just wanted to thank you again for all your help in preparing for the shower... Your entire staff yesterday was absolutely phenomenal and left a lasting impression on all my guests! Everyone was leaving making comments like "I would definitely book an event here"!!
Starting in the morning, your set up crew was incredible... We were short a couple of tables and linens and they were so accommodating and friendly with us. They worked so hard yesterday and especially with a 'full house' of functions...
The service from each and every one of your staff members during the day was phenomenal... I didn't catch all their names but there were three that really stood out yesterday.... Sam, Sal and a lady that had an accent and a pony tail. Everyone from the shower was raving about the service and how friendly and polite everyone was... Sal, the floor manager, was absolutely fantastic. He kept everything well under control and had a smile on his face the entire day... He made everyone feel welcome!
And last but not least.... Compliments to your Chef and Kitchen staff... Everyone absolutely loved the food... With a bridal shower of that size, it is really difficult to please over 100 ladies... LOL... but honestly, everyone I spoke to had a comment about the Penne Alla Vodka and/or Chicken... It was fantastic!

Thanks for following up, the shower was wonderful (despite the rain). I can't believe it's already over! Everything went well, we were very pleased with the food and the service provided. My mom said that Sal was a great help throughout the entire day. All our family and friends were blown away with the tent and the surrounding grounds, they thought it was a beautiful location. The food was great, everyone only had positive things to say. Seeing as we had a great experience with the shower, I'm really looking forward to things being just as nice at the Terrace on our wedding day.Thanks for all your help, I know my mom appreciated it all and was very satisfied with the turn out. The bridal shower was absolutely incredible! I had an amazing time and everything went very well. I want to thank you so much for all your help in coordinating the event. The service was so great and our room manager was wonderful. He was on top of everything and he constantly asked to make sure we were having a good time and if there was anything he could do. The shower was amazing. I had a great time. Brian, the room manager and all the staff were great. They really made the night go smoothly for me - as I was not really paying attention to time. Brian kept reminding that different meals were going to be served in 'x' amount of time - which was great.
The food was great & you all assembled the room very nicely. There were many compliments from my guests on the beauty of the hall, and the food etc.
All in all, it was a great night.

The wedding was great. I think everybody had fun. The food was good, too...yes, I got to taste it! It was so much, though! The staff was great with everything and I thank them for allowing us to stay so late. We had to stay or we knew we wouldn't get it all done until we got back, and that was just last week!

You were so helpful and accommodating and you offered so much great advice. You were quick to reply to all my emails and you answered every question promptly and in great detail.
We were so happy with every aspect of the shower! The room looked beautiful, the wait staff were attentive, professional and timely. Victoria was so caring, helpful and understanding, I felt like she was more of a guest!
As for the food, our compliments to your chef! Everyone raved about it and everyone, including Gary and I, can't wait to enjoy the food again at the wedding in November!

Myself and Angelo had an amazing time, and the staff was fantastic. The tent was such a great spot to have a party…..From what I heard, the food was really good. I didn't really eat because I was busy working the room…lol.
Our parents were also very pleased. Excellent job to everyone at West River!

Sorry for the delay in responding. We can't thank you and everyone at The West River enough for everything the day of our wedding and leading up to it. We couldn't stop talking about how great everyone and everything was from the Stephanie, you, the waiters and waitressing Staff to our banquet manager and the most importantly the food!!! We are here in Mykanos having an amazing time! Giancarlo and I both agree that our wedding was absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing time! Nothing went wrong (that we know of) all the decor was beautiful, the service was flawless and my family did not leave the dance floor until the lights came up! I didn't cry the entire day until our last song - I was so sad that the day was over because it was one of the best days of my life.
