Q: How many banquet halls does the Infinity Event Group have and how many people can you accommodate?
A:
The Infinity Event Group owns 3 event centres located in Vaughan and Brampton; West River Event Centre, Terrace Banquet Centre and Embassy Grand Convention Centre. Each banquet hall has between 4-8 halls that can accommodate small receptions of 50 people up to large gatherings over 2,000 people.

Q: How soon should I book my wedding date?
A:Most weddings are booked 15 months before the desired date. This usually ensures that you get the date you want.

Q: Do you have your own caterer?
A:Yes we have our own caterers that will customize a menu to satisfy you and all of your guests.

Q: Do you allow outside catering?
A:We allow outside catering except on Saturdays.

Q: Do you have a kosher kitchen?
A:Yes, we have a complete kosher kitchen at the Terrace Banquet Centre.

Q: Do you have on-site locations to take outdoor photos?
A:Yes, all three locations have picturesque landscaping perfect for outdoor photos.

Q: Do you have any audio/visual equipment on site?
A:Yes we have a fully installed sound, lighting and audio/visual set-up on site. This equipment is “built in” and less intrusive than most set-ups.

Q: Should I make an appointment to view the hall?
A:
You are welcome to visit any time and view our facilities however it is best to make an appointment to ensure that you can speak to someone with regards to your event.

Q: Can you accommodate corporate events?
A:Yes, we are equipped to handle corporate functions with on-site internet access, Power Point presentations and much more.
